The consultation focuses on maintenance and major maintenance services on the various thermal equipment.

The contract is the subject of a single lot in order to optimize the entry rate among tenants by reducing the frequency of intervention in the dwellings.

The consultation will result in the conclusion of a mixed contract broken down as follows:
