The offering of this Agreement includes transport and aftercare of the Customer's collected source-sorted organic municipal waste (KOD). The ordering entity collects KOD from approximately 50,000 households. The Customer's collected KOD shall be transported by the Supplier and then treated as waste intended for material recovery in accordance with the Waste Directive and the Environmental Protection Act.
Until the start of the agreement, the contracting entity has itself handled the pre-treatment of the collected meat from citizens via its own pre-treatment plant. The contracting entity's own handling of the pre-treatment of the collected KOD is no longer possible in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act § 49b-49h.
This Agreement therefore covers daily transport and processing for the purpose of recycling the collected quantity of KOD collected by the Customer.
The Contract is concluded as a Contract in which the Purchaser cannot describe in advance precisely the scope of the services. Historically, the annual total volume of the collected KOD has been:
6,764 tons in the year 2020
7,122 tons in the year 2021
6,520 tons in the year 2022
6,000 tons estimated in 2023
Volume is only indicative and based on historical figures, which is why they cannot be taken as an indication of a guaranteed future turnover size.
