The contract consists in the execution of all the works and supplies necessary for the construction of the expansion of the terminal terminal Lot 2 + 4B of the airport of Bergamo – Orio al Serio.

The works covered by the contract are related to the construction of the expansion of the terminal terminal Lot 2 + 4B of Bergamo – Orio al Serio airport.

The works aim to build a new building that extends and expands the current passenger terminal to the southeast. The building that will occupy the lots called "2 + 4B" will have an elongated shape that will complete the current conformation of the existing terminal, consisting of several buildings built in different eras. Pursuant to art. 83 and 84 of the Code of Public Contracts and in accordance with Annex "A" to the D.P.R. regulation n. 207/2010, the works are classified as follows:

- Category OG1, prevalent, classification VII, percentage incidence 37.10%;

- Category OS18-A, classification VI, percentage incidence 18.79%;

- Category OS28, classification VI, percentage incidence 14.59%;

- CategoryOS30, classification IV bis, percentage incidence 7.65%;

- Category OG3, classification IV bis, incidence percentage 7.08%;

- Category OS21, classification IV, percentage incidence 4.15%;

- Category OS18-B, classification IV, percentage incidence 3.97%;

- Category OS13, classification III bis, percentage incidence 3.30%;

- Category OS1, classification III, percentage incidence 1.79%;

- Category OS4, classification III, percentage incidence 1.58%.
