The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for consultancy services for management development. The contract shall cover the Contracting Authority's need for management development on an individual level and at group level. The contract covers, but is not limited to, the Parliamentary Ombudsman's management group. Other employees at the Contracting Authority, such as deputies, could also use services from the Tenderer.
