The contract concerns a project author's mission to study and monitor the execution of works for the transformation of certain existing elements and the partial reconstruction of the former variety theater, located rue de Malines 25 in 1000 Brussels, with a view to creating a space for convergences between culture, the arts, citizen participation and the valorization of democratic values. Bruxelles Laïque ASBL will be the operator of this place of expression and creation.
