The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for entering into a framework agreement regarding the procurement of waste containers for waste collection services. The framework agreement comprises containers for residual waste, paper waste, plastic packaging, glass and metal packaging, food waste, hazardous waste, infectious waste and risk waste.

A comprehensive description of the delivery is given in the attachments to the tender documentation.

The contracting authority shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement with option for an extension for 1+1 year for the procurement waste containers for waste collection service 

The estimated value of the continuous need is approx. NOK 1,000,000 excluding VAT per year.

The single procurement (group 4) is estimated to approx. 6 million.

The estimated total value of the framework agreements for a four year period, included single procurements for a new collection system is approx. NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT.

The estimated value must also be seen as a guideline and non-binding for the contracting authority.

The expectation is that the products listed in annex 3 Price Sheet shall cover most of the contracting authority's need in the contract period. During the agreement period, there may be a need for other variants of containers for waste collection. If necessary, the contracting authority shall be able to add new/other products from the supplier's assortment to the products in the agreement.

If the framework agreement period adopts the introduction of new fractions/collecting scheemes that result in large single purchases, the contracting authority reserves the right to call for tenders for this procurement.
