This contract is for the provision of estates cleaning and grounds maintenance services to Mount Green properties. In order to achieve better value, enhanced service delivery and more efficient management, Mount Green have prepared a standard specification covering all service requirements that are to be delivered in a consistent manner to all Mount Green schemes included within this contract.

The provision of Estate Cleaning Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future Mount Green properties located within the Surrey area.

The provision of Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the service specification and to current and any future Mount Green properties located within the Surrey area.
