A framework agreement all be entered into with one supplier for the supply of necessary provisions, dry goods, frozen goods, fresh goods and alcohol. The goods shall be supplied for a crew of 13 persons at the meteorological stations at Bjørnøya and Hopen. The supplier must also be able to pay customs/forward the goods as duty-free export.
