Planning service of the property planning building of an economic and support building for the Schill barracks in Wesel.

The farm building is essentially divided into three parts plus a partial basement. Specifically, these are the kitchen modules for a troop kitchen for up to 300 catering participants (300VT), according to the specifications of the sample planning group of the Munich State Building Directorate. A dining room wing with cloakroom and an entrance area with attached sanitary wing.

The care building is planned as an extension of the farm building and will be implemented as a 1-storey structure according to the sample plan (Type I). The ensemble of farm building, intermediate wing / foyer and care building will form a single unit in terms of design and technology.

Optionally, BLB NRW reserves the right, in accordance with § 14 Paragraph 4 Number 9 VgV, to offer the services to be commissioned here as a similar service for an additional measure in the DstLg Düsseldorf -Wilhelm-Raabe-Str. to be awarded within three years to the company that has received the present order (basic project) by way of the negotiated procedure without a competition. The scope of the similar service is based on the estimated construction costs for the additional measure of EUR 6 500 000 and will be awarded under the same conditions as the basic project.
