It is a framework contract for the inspection, maintenance and minor repair work and hygiene checks and repeat inspections gem. VDI 6022. at the air conditioning systems, the refrigeration and distribution systems as well as the heat generation and distribution systems of Messe Essen and the Grugahalle.

The framework contract runs from 1.1.2020 to 28.9.2023.

Services for the maintenance and inspection of all ventilation and air conditioning systems, of all refrigeration and distribution systems and of all heat generation and distribution systems, including associated control and switchgear installations.

Hygiene tests and repeat inspections acc. VDI 6022

Repairs must be carried out to restore the required condition (according to VDMA standard sheet 24186-0, 2007 in conjunction with DIN 31051).

Faults which endanger or preclude the safety or operation of the system must be remedied immediately upon request.

Even outside normal working hours (eg at night and on Sundays and public holidays) there is an obligation to set up a standby service for the purpose of smooth trade fair operation. Appropriate service technicians are to be deployed on-site at the latest 2 hours after notification by the customer for troubleshooting purposes.
