The planning and construction supervision for the construction of the social building, workshop, warehouse, small delivery zone, outdoor facilities and parking lots within the scope of the service specifications for buildings and interiors based on HOAI §§33 ff as well as for technical equipment according to §§53 ff

in the HOAI service phases (LPH) 1–9 at the BSR site 15378 Hennickendorf. Structural engineering services in accordance with HOAI §§49 ff LPH 1-6 are also to be offered, if necessary.

The following is permanently commissioned:

The planning services of the HOAI service phases 1 to 4 (preliminary planning, design planning and approval planning). In addition to the planning of the buildings and outdoor facilities, the scope of services includes the planning of structural and logistical facilities and organizational measures for the construction, operation and implementation of interim and construction site facilities.

As a result of work phase 3, the submission of a coordinated draft document ready for decision, to which the consent of the business units housed in the office building has been obtained, as well as the presentation and defense of this draft document before the BSR decision-making bodies.

Optional services:

The commissioning of service phases 5-9 as well as the special services is a unilateral option for the client with the possibility of commissioning in 2 stages, service phases 5-6 (level 1) and service phase 7-9 (level 2). However, the optional commissioning of work phases 5-9 as well as the special services is initially subject to obtaining the building permit.
