The object of the public procurement is the purchase of electricity for the buildings managed by MTÜ Tartu Student Village according to the actual consumption in the procurement documents and the terms and conditions specified in the framework contract accompanying it during the period from 01.05.2023 to 30.04.2024 at the exchange price, plus the seller's service fee (margin). The annual electricity consumption of MTÜ Tartu Student Village is ca 2800 MWh.

The starting time of the framework contract is presumptive and not legally binding if the contract is signed later than 06.04.2023, the performance of the framework contract will start from the beginning of the calendar month following the signing, taking into account that the signing must have taken place at least 21 days before the start of the new calendar month. The framework agreement is valid for 12 (twelve) months from its entry into force.
