The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate where residents live in the municipality of Rzgów (single-family and multi-family), real estate owned by the Municipality of Rzgów, Selective Waste Collection Point and from pharmacy points located in the municipality of Rzgów in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-release use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended) and executive acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Łódź Voivodeship and local law current during the contract performance period.
