The subject of the contract of all parts are transport services consisting in bringing and transporting students from the area of the Nowogard commune to schools in accordance with the lines created by the contractor, with the priority of travel of students with monthly tickets purchased by the Ordering Party from the contractor at the prices set in this procedure, taking into account the statutory discounts in public transport to which these students are entitled – Article 5(1), Article 5a of the Act of 20.06.1992. on entitlements to reduced travel by public transport (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 295).
