Storage of HALON 1301 for the NAVAL MCO, maintenance of the strategic stock and associated services in mainland France for the French Navy

This notice concerns a single-contractor framework agreement for defence or security with purchase orders for the purpose of which is "Storage of HALON 1301 for the NAVAL MCO, maintenance of the strategic stock and associated services in mainland France for the French Navy".

It is part of a procedure, with negotiation, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the French Public Procurement Code.

The framework agreement includes within each tranche a single item composed of purchase orders (in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code) and orders for major technical contingencies (in accordance with Articles R. 2372-19 to 2372-21 of the French Public Procurement Code)

This publication is for a call for applications only. The consultation package will be sent at a later date and only to those candidates who are eligible to bid.

Description of supply or services:

- Annual storage of halon 1301 (includes monthly and annual stock quality control)

- Fluid transfer from containers to bottles

- Product recycling and integration into the strategic stock

- Periodic inspection of fire extinguisher cylinders and valves,

- Refurbishment and requalification of fire extinguisher cylinders and valves belonging to the administration,

- Disposal of bottles requiring it and associated materials

- Supply of new bottles
