The subject of the ODM is the paid, business-like transport of people in passenger cars on the basis of an officially approved tariff as part of the local public transport offer, whereby the entire operational control, the receipt of travel orders via the customers' mobile devices, including their processing and billing, as well as reporting for service accounting and quality control to the client based on a software solution. The vehicles, the infrastructure and the software are procured separately by the client and provided to the contractor.
