The National Oil Reserves Agency (NORA) is the State agency responsible for the management of Ireland's stocks of oil for use in the event of a shortage of supplies.
To fulfil its mandate, the Agency has an ongoing requirement for suitable oil storage in Ireland. For further information on NORA see www.nora.ie
NORA has entered into a long term lease with the Electricity Supply Board (ESB) for 7 large storage tanks totalling about 168,000 cubic meters capacity and a marine jetty at Poolbeg Dublin, Ireland.
Prior to the commissioning of the storage facility for NORA's oil products the site shall be completely refurbished and modified to meet NORA's requirements. NORA wishes to engage a Project Manager and Engineering Consultant (the “Engineer”) to manage all aspects of the refurbishment project.
