1. The subject of the order are periodically recurring deliveries entitled "Diesel and Heating Oil".

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ and the draft contract which is Annex 2 to the SWZ.

2. Detailed definition of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract under this procedure consists of two tasks:

1. delivery of: diesel oil for "diesel" -"standard" engines and diesel oil "with improved low-temperature properties" meeting the requirements of: the Act of 25 August 2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315), the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) and relevant applicable Polish or European standards - EN 590 standard together with the service of transporting the above-mentioned fuel to the Ordering Party's tanks, i.e.:

- Above-ground container tank located on the property at 1 Krótki Street in Opoczno,

- Above-ground tank, two-shell made of polyethylene located on the premises of the Różanna 98 ZUO Waste Disposal Plant, Opoczno commune.

1.1.Delivery of diesel fuel to the Ordering Party's tanks will take place in the following scope, i.e.;

1) Container tank with a capacity of about 16 m3 located on the property at 1 Krótki Street in Opoczno.

a) The estimated amount of ordered diesel fuel on a scale of 1 month is: 17 m3, carried out in deliveries every 2 weeks in the amount of approx. 8.5 m3 each. The forecast quantity of the subject of the contract for the duration of the contract is: 204 m3.

b) The Ordering Party indicates that in the winter period, in the event of a drop in temperature below minus 15 oC. The Contractor is obliged to deliver diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties (meeting the requirements of: the Regulation of the Minister of Economy on quality requirements for liquid fuels of 9 October 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) - about which the Ordering Party will inform the Contractor in the notification about the demand for this type of fuel. The estimated amount of ordered diesel oil with increased low-temperature properties during the term of the contract is approximately: 16 m3, and falls within the scope of the forecast total amount of the subject of the contract – diesel oil, referred to above in point 1.1 point. 1. the letter 'a'.

2) Above-ground tank, two-shell polyethylene with a capacity of about 5 m3 located on the premises of the Waste Disposal Plant, Różanna 98 ZUO, Opoczno commune.

a) The estimated amount of ordered diesel fuel on a scale of 1 month is: 6 m3, carried out in deliveries every 2 weeks in the amount of approx. 3 m3 each. The forecast quantity of the subject of the contract for the duration of the contract is: 72 m3.

1.2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place an order for the delivery of fuel to each tank of the Ordering Party separately.

1.3. The forecast total total quantity of the subject of the order (diesel fuel) to the above points is: 276 m3, including 16m3 of diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties.

2. deliveries: light fuel oil, meeting the requirements of: the Act of 25-08-2006 on the system of monitoring and controlling the quality of fuels (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1315), the Regulation of the Minister of Energy on methods of testing the quality of light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil and oil for engines of inland waterway vessels of 21 May 2015 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 584). The subject of the contract also includes the service of transporting the above-mentioned fuel to the Ordering Party's boiler room – Krótka 1, 26-300 Opoczno. The estimated amount of ordered heating oil on the scale of the heating period (from September to May) is: 22 m3, carried out according to the needs of the Ordering Party.
