The subject of the Order is:

1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the commune of Lubliniec. The receipt will cover:

- municipal waste collected in a non-selective way - mixed,

- municipal waste collected selectively "at source" by fraction:

• paper,

• plastics,

• metal and multi-material packaging,

• glass,

• bio waste,

- expired drugs and chemicals,

- waste generated during home injections (e.g. used needles and syringes),

- waste batteries and accumulators,

- waste electrical and electronic equipment,

- furniture and other bulky waste,

- construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste - waste tires,

- green waste;

2) providing bags and containers for selective waste collection;

3) providing containers for mixed waste;

4) Equipping the selective municipal waste collection point with appropriate waste containers.

1) the commune's area is 89.36 km 2 ;

- breakstone - 4.88 km;

b) ground - 5.5 km;

3) the number of inhabitants in the Lubliniec commune is around 20,300. 55% of the population live in single-family housing. 45% of inhabitants live in multi-family housing areas;

4) The number of properties from which waste should be collected is 3 705. This number may change during the implementation of this contract.

Estimated amount of waste to be collected and managed is 7,717 Mg.
