Description:

Copernicus, previously known as GMES (global monitoring for environment and security) is the European programme for the establishment of a European capacity for earth observation.

The EEA is requesting the services of 1 or 2 contractors within the scope of 2 thematic domains or lots i.e. lot 1: observations (meteorology, oceanography, atmospheric chemistry and air quality, and climate); and lot 2: spatial data themes. The 2 thematic domains will cover a very large part, if not all, of the ‘in situ’ datasets and derived products needed by the Copernicus services to produce and/or validate products.
