Rehabilitation and extension works for the Maxime Gorki school group in Nanterre as part of a global performance market. The services are processed in the single market. In fact, in accordance with article L. 2171-3 of the public procurement code, this contract is a global performance contract which combines the carrying out of works with the operation and management of installations from the start of the market and for a maximum duration of three years following the completion of the work, in order to meet performance targets (see chapter 1 of the CCTP - management and energy performance). The contract will take effect on the date of notification and for an estimated duration of 64 months. Pursuant to Article L. 2112-2 of the CCP, the market includes a system aimed at promoting the employment of people experiencing integration difficulties and combating unemployment.
