Contracting authority is looking for a single strategic ICT outsourcing partner that enables the Contracting Authority to reduce the gap between end-users and the ICT department. The intended end result of this tender is a multi-year agreement with a strategic ICT service provider, which is able to guarantee and develop the continuity of the ICT services to the (end) users of the Contracting Authority and the provision of information in general. It is important that the Tenderer cooperates (cross-departmentally) with various officials of the Contracting Authority of, among others, but not limited to, the ICT department, workshops and educational organization.

This assignment is not divided into lots. Registration for a part of the assignment is not allowed

and leads to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents an indicative annual value of € 100,000 to € 150,000 (excl. VAT).
