This project aims to scientifically support the strategic development of ÖKOBAUDAT as the basis for calculating the material-related global environmental indicators of buildings in the context of sustainable building. For this purpose, framework contract partners are to be bound, the services in the field of data collection, evaluation, conception, consulting and appraisal, as well as programming of database applications as well as the secure operation and maintenance of the BBSR website www.oekobaudat.de in the area of sustainable building in general and carry out the life cycle assessment in particular.

Since the service areas to be commissioned vary greatly in terms of content, the framework contract should be divided into 5 lots and signed with appropriately qualified contractual partners.
