The Urban Structure Services of the City of Outokumpu will request your tender for the construction of the new buildings of the Outokumpu health and social services station and rescue station to the extent indicated in the tender documents to Pohjoisahonkatu 29, 83500 Outokumpu.

The project will build one-storey new buildings (health and social services station and rescue department) with yard areas and canopies. The health and social services centre includes an inpatient ward and a health centre. The civil defence shelter in both buildings is located in connection with the health and social services station. The backup power canopy is located between the fire station and the health and social services station.

The construction project is implemented on the basis of construction and special plans commissioned by the developer as a fixed-price index-linked divided contract, in which the contractor for civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in the legislation. Plumbing, ventilation, sprinkler, electrical and building automation work is carried out as side contracts subordinate to the main contractor.
