This contract concerns the supply of agricultural tractors with a power of 50 horsepower.

This is a supply contract with successive orders (single-contract framework agreement). The contracting authority is only bound by the purchase orders which it draws up as and when its needs.

The quantities reported in the inventory are presumed and not contractual. These are not minimum or maximum quantities. These are given as an indication. Nevertheless and in any case, the total amount of orders over the entire duration of the contract may not exceed 500,000 EUR excluding VAT.
