1. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the area of Tomice Municipality, together with the organization and operation of the Municipal Waste Collection Point for residents of Tomice Municipality between 2022 and 2023

Waste management is to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods, and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996. on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) and the records of the Waste Management Plan for the Małopolskie Voivodeship. 3. Details of the scope and method of execution of the order are described in Chapter IV of SWZ “Description of the object of the order” and” Designed Agreement Terms” constituting Chapter III of the SWZ.

1. The object of the order is the organization and operation of the Selective Collective of Municipal Waste for the inhabitants of Tomice Municipality in 2022 and 2023. 2. The Contractor is obliged to organize and operate the Selective Collections of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK” for the residents of the Municipality Tomice in 2022 and 2023, fulfilling the following conditions: A) the property on which it will be created is the property of the Contractor or as to which the Contractor has the right to dispose of the property at the date of submission of the offer, with an area providing the organization of the PSZOK on the premises less than 400 m2; B) PSZOK location: within the Municipality of Tomice or within a distance of up to 20 km (inclusive) from the administrative boundaries of Tomice Municipality, allowing free access for residents with the possibility of parking at or on the premises of PSZOK. PSZOK must have at least 2 unloading posts.

3. The Contractor under the service of the PSZOK is obliged to ensure its operation in the dimension: (a) on working days i.e. Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 18.00; (b) on at least one Saturday of each month from 7.00 to 13.00. 4.Total estimated amount of waste to be collected and zoning in PSZOK during the entire period of execution of the order is: 319,00 Mg; 5.
