Public procurement is a framework agreement that sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum expressed in quantity for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract quantities for the entire duration of the public contract are set out in Annex 03 to the CCTP: maximum quantities. The public contract shall be dealt with at unit prices set out in the unit price list (Bpu) of the lot concerned and in the catalogue of the holder of the lot concerned
This is an allotted contract - number of lots 203All supplies that can be ordered are described in the specifications of special technical clauses (CCTP) and in annex no01 of the CCTP: catalogue of requirements. The estimated quantities for the duration of the contract are set out in Annex 01 of the CCTP: Catalogue of Requirements. These quantities are not contractually binding. They are only used for the analysis of offers. The estimated amounts per lot are set out in the consultation by-law. The public contract is a single contractor
