Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council (“the Council”) is inviting responses for a collaborative contract for election printing and graphics services.
The framework agreement will initially be for, but not limited to, the use of Bolton Metropolitan Council, Bury Metropolitan Council, Manchester City Council, Oldham Metropolitan Council, Salford City Council, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council, Trafford Metropolitan Borough Council, Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council.
The Contract will be for a term of 2 years; from January 2019 till January 2021, and potentially it may be extended for a further period of 24 months annually up to January 2023. It is critical that production, delivery and dispatch schedules are met by the supplier.
The supplier must be able to deliver artwork which fully complies with legal requirements as specified by the Returning Officer (RO)/ Electoral Registration Officer (ERO).

The elections anticipated to take place during the next 3 to 4 years are:

— 7.5.2020 GM Mayor Election,
— 7.5.2020 City Mayor Election,
— 5.5.2022 Local Elections,
— 5.5.2022 General Election.
