Call for applications as part of a project management mission for the construction of a SERENITIS residence of about 24 units intended for seniors, a party room and an autonomous residence of about 55 units in CHEVIGNY-SAINT-SAUVEUR, 8 rue de l'église for the needs of Orvitis.

The application must include at least an architect, a thermal/fluid design office, structure and VRD.

The expected benefits are:

- At least 2 3D visuals in accordance with the final project for marketing, these visuals will be used for the supply and installation of the marketing panel at the expense of the large work batch and will cover:

* common areas,

* the friendly spaces of the autonomy residence,

* an accommodation of the seniors residence,

- EQD for all batches

- Assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT)

- Execution studies for lots (heating, plumbing, electricity, ventilation)

- Visa

- Work Execution Directorate (DET)

— Support during receiving operations (AOR) including Pre-Receiving Operations (OPR) and Early Delivery (MADA)

The Scheduling Steering Coordination (OPC) mission is planned on an optional basis.
