Part III - Design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization / reconstruction of 8 pcs. sewage pumping stations located at sulińskiego, Skłodowska, Waryńskiego II, Fabryczna, Sienkiewicza, Bohaterów Westerplatte, Bielańska, Miła in Skierniewice.

The subject of this contract is: "Design and implementation of construction works related to the modernization / reconstruction of 10 pcs. sewage pumping stations located at the following streets: Ziołowa, Park I, Jodłowa, Waryńskiego I, Zielna, Park II, Trzcińska, Gajowa II, Kozietulskiego, Zadębie II in Skierniewice" in the following industries:
- construction and construction along with land development,
- technological,
- electrical with automation,
in accordance with the requirements of the Functional and Utility Program hereinafter referred to as [PFU], including:
1) PREPARATION OF CONTRACTOR DOCUMENTS in accordance with PFU requirements,
2) MODERNIZATION / RECONSTRUCTION OF 10 PCS. SEWAGE PUMPING STATIONS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SKIERNIEWICE ALONG WITH THE DESIGN, RECONSTRUCTION OF SECTIONS OF THE SEWAGE NETWORK, POWER CABLES AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PUMPING STATION AREA, WHICH INCLUDES THE IMPLEMENTATION OF:
1. Construction/renovation of the pumping station tank.
2. Dismantling of technological equipment (pumps, fittings, etc.), electrical (drives of flushing valves, measuring probes, etc.), power and control cabinets and their equipment (devices from disassembly should be handed over to the Ordering Party).
3. Construction/adaptation of an existing settling well with a channel valve - on the inflow to the pumping station.
4. Construction of discharge pipelines.
5. Technological equipment of the pumping station, including pumps, fittings and other equipment in accordance with the Technical Conditions contained in the PFU.
6. Construction/adaptation of an existing well for a gate valve chamber and flow meters.
7. Technological equipment of the gate valve chamber and flow meters in accordance with the Technical Conditions contained in the PFU.
8. Fencing of the pumping station area - if applicable.
9. Power supply and control of the pumping station.
10. Installation of the network parameter analyzer.
11. Installation and configuration of GSM communication modem.
12. Preparation of the foundation and splines for the power generator - if applicable.
13. Installation of video monitoring.
14. Electrical installations and I&C.
15. Installation of control cabinets with equipment.
16. Assembly and configuration of pumping station components.
17. Execution of compensatory connections.
18. Visualization of work (HMI panel at the pumping station, visualization of work in the SCADA system at the Ordering Party's headquarters).
19. Outdoor lighting of the pumping station area (LED lamp with photovoltaic panel).
20. Lighting of the pumping station tank and the gate valve chamber and flow meters.
21. Thermal modernization of the building - if applicable.
22. Execution of a new roof covering - if applicable.
23. Replacement of door and window joinery - if applicable.
24. Restoration of the road lane surface – if applicable.
2. The subject of the contract will be made divided into Stages:
Stage I - PP – design works along with arrangements for the modernization of the sewage pumping station,
Stage II - RB - construction works related to the modernization of the sewage pumping station.
3. The execution of each stage includes:
1) Preparation of complete Design Documentation of sewage pumping stations located in the city of Skierniewice,
2) Comprehensive execution of construction works on the basis of the Design Documentation developed by the Contractor, including modernization / reconstruction of sewage pumping stations located in the city of Skierniewice.
3) Performing free warranty inspections during the Warranty period and removing all defects and damage resulting from defective performance of the subject of the Agreement, on the terms described in the Agreement.
4. The Contractor shall prepare the Contractor's Documents for each of the facilities covering at least the following studies:
I. Pre-project studies:
1) Preliminary Design,
2) Geotechnical studies,
3) Field and legal report.
II. Design Documentation,
