The project carried out involves the execution of works in the “design and build” mode, i.e. construction projects and building permits and/or notifications followed by the supply and installation of heat sources in:
(a) 52 properties of private persons in single-family and multi-family buildings,
(b) 3 public buildings,
Located in the area of the Municipality Nowe Ostrowy and thermomodernization works in buildings of private persons and public buildings.
The scope of the order includes design work, assembly construction work, measurement and testing, and warranty and maintenance of the installations of renewable thermal energy sources
Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of LPG liquid gas boilers and thermomodernization works in buildings of private persons1) The subject of the order includes, among others:
a) Getting a map for design purposes
b) Development of the design documentation with the arrangement of the location with the user,
c) obtaining necessary building permits / notification of construction works
d) Disassembly of existing c.o. boilers and c.w.u tray,
e) Supply and assembly of: liquid-gas boiler, LPG liquefied gas tank, heat meter and other components of the plant,
(f) Connection to the exhaust drainage system,
(g) connection to the existing hydraulic system which and the tray,
h) performing installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus
(i) connection of the electrical supply
(j) system commissioning and adjustments
(k) training the users of the installation in its operation and operation
l) The execution of construction and assembly works related to the installation and thermomodernization works,
(m) Preparation of an application for technical testing of a device subject to technical surveillance on behalf of the resident,
(n) Application of the device to the competent technical surveillance unit for the purpose of obtaining a decision authorising the operation, together with obtaining a decision to operate on behalf of the resident
(o) Exercise of the post-built surveying inventory,
p) Preparation and submission of an application for a notice of completion of construction works to the relevant PINB on behalf of the resident,
2) Planned quantity of installations — 23 pcs
3) The installation of a liquid-gas boiler should consist of elements such as: condensing boiler to liquid gas; LPG liquefied gas tank; heat meter; system to protect against pressure increases in the installation; connecting piping; insulation of pipelines; mounting and controls.
4) The detailed scope and description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority for the execution of the object of the contract covering design, assembly and construction work is determined by the Functional — Utility Programme (PFU) Annex No 9 to SWZ and the detailed lump-sum valuation of Annex 3a to SWZ
Design, delivery, installation and commissioning of V-class and biomass (pellet) V-class boilers and thermomodernization works in buildings of private persons1) The subject of the order includes, among others:
(a) Execution of design documentation,
(b) Obtaining the necessary building permits/notification of construction works,
c) Disassembly of existing c.o. boilers and c.w.u tray
d) Delivery and assembly: biomass boiler or exgardeners; tray with feeder; heat meter and other installation components
e) Connection to the exhaust drainage system,
(f) connection to the existing hydraulic system and the tray,
(g) performing installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus,
h) connection of the electrical supply
i) running the layout and adjustments
j) The execution of construction and assembly works related to installation and thermomodernization works,
(k) training the users of the installation in its operation and operation
(l) Preparation of an application for technical testing of a device subject to technical surveillance on behalf of the resident,
(m) The execution of the post-built surveying inventory,
(n) Preparation and submission of an application for a notice of completion of construction works to the relevant PINB on behalf of the resident,
2) Planned number of boilers for V class - 7 pcs and for biomass (pellet) V class - 3 pcs.
3) Installation of a biomass boiler or exgardeners should consist of elements such as: biomass boiler (pellet) or ecogroszek; tray with feeder; heat meter; system to protect against increasing pressure in the installation; connecting piping; pipe insulation; mounting elements;
4) The detailed scope and description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority for the execution of the object of the contract covering design, assembly and construction work is defined by the Functional — Utility Programme (PFU), Annex No. 11 to the SIVZ and the detailed lump-sum valuation of Annex 3a to the SWZ

a) Execution of the design documentation with the arrangement of the location with the user,
(b) Obtaining the necessary building permits/notification of construction works,
c) Disassembly of existing c.o. boilers and c.w.u tray
d) Supply and installation: heat pumps; LPG liquefied gas tank (for gas pumps); heat meter; heat buffer; liquefied discharge installations from heat (air) pumps;
e) connection to the existing hydraulic system as well as the tray
(f) performing installation tests and verifying the correct operation of the apparatus
g) connection of the electrical supply
(h) system commissioning and adjustments
(i) training the users of the installation in terms of its operation and operation
j) The execution of construction and assembly works related to installation and thermomodernization works,
(k) Preparation of an application for technical testing of a device subject to technical surveillance on behalf of the resident,
l) Application of the device to the competent technical surveillance unit for the purpose of obtaining a decision authorising the operation, together with a decision to operate on behalf of the resident
(m) The execution of the post-built surveying inventory,
(n) Preparation and submission of an application for a notice of completion of construction works to the relevant PINB on behalf of the resident,
o) Registration of the device in the Central Register of Operators (CRO)
2) Planned number of air heat/water high parameter gas pumps - 3 pcs, ground heat pumps pcs. 1, air heat pumps/water low parameter pcs 18
3) Installation of heat pumps should consist of such elements as: electric air/water heat pump; heat pump air/water for liquid gas; liquefied LPG gas tank; ground heat pump/water; heat meter; system to protect against increasing pressure in the installation; piping connecting; insulation of pipelines; mounting elements
