The contract shall include optional tranches defined in the specifications. Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are regulated by unit prices. The services to be carried out consist of the collection, treatment and recovery of shellfish waste, producers and traders established on the geographical perimeter of Sète agglopôle Méditerranée, i.e. in the municipalities of Bouzigues, Frontignan, Loupian, Marseillan, Mèze and Sète.The tonnage of shellfish waste to be collected is of the order of 7,000 tons per year
