There are existing buildings on the site for the new municipal building with parish office and day care center, which will be completely dismantled before the start of structural work by the demolition trade. The new building will be built as a one- to two-story timber construction on a reinforced concrete floor slab with foundation beams. Full displacement piles built.

The contractor's services include complete earthwork and structural work - earthworks (excavation pit, pipe trenches, deep foundation preparation),

- concrete work (STB base plate, foundations),

- sealing and insulation work,

- Building drainage and technical systems for supply and disposal of new construction are carried out on site
