The subject of the order is the execution of the order “Modernization of road infrastructure in Radomsk”, divided into 2 parts:

1) Part No. 1 of the order entitled “Modernization of road infrastructure in Radomsk: Kilińskiego Street, Szarych Szeregów Street, Pana Tadeusz Street, Gerwazego Street, Protazego Street, Wojskiego Street, Sienkiewicza Street”,

2) part No. 2 of the order entitled “Modernization of road infrastructure in Radomsk in the area of repairs of streets: Słowacki, Orkan, Wierzyński, Broniewski, Tuwim, Kochanowski, Roch, Copernicus, Heweliusz, Śniadecki, Kotarbiński, Queen Bona, Grotto Rowecki, South, Workers', Wróblewski, District, Gołębia, North, Kusociński, Common, Warsaw, 11 November, Sadowa, Osiedlowa, Prusa, Matejki, Shop”.

The subject of part No. 1 of the order is the performance of the task: “Modernization of road infrastructure in Radomsk: Kilińskiego Street, Szarych Szeregów Street, Pana Tadeusz Street, Gerwazego Street, Protazego Street, Wojskiego Street, Sienkiewicza Street”.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works, consistent with the subject of the basic contract, i.e. consisting in the execution of preparatory and demolition works; the execution of works concerning the construction/reconstruction of the plumbing network; execution of works concerning electricity networks and outdoor lighting; execution of works concerning telecommunications networks and technological channels; construction of pavements from mineral and bituminous mixtures of asphalt or from small dimensional concrete or stone elements together with substructure; performance of works in the field of greenery (felling and grubbing of trees, planting trees, shrubs and other plants); performance of road safety elements (horizontal and vertical marking, etc.), provided that the value of these the procurement shall not exceed a total of 50% of the value of the basic order — part no. 1 of the contract, and the Contracting Authority will have the financial resources for their implementation, after negotiations with the existing Contractor.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the Act, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works in accordance with the subject of the basic contract, i.e.: consisting in the execution of preparatory and demolition works; the execution of pavement from asphalt bituminous mixtures or small dimensional concrete or stone elements together with substructure; construction of road safety elements (horizontal and vertical marking, etc.), performance of works in the field of greenery, regulation of underground infrastructure equipment, under provided that the value of these orders does not exceed a total of 50% of the value of the basic order — Part No 2 of the contract, and the Contracting Authority will have the financial resources for their execution, after negotiations with the existing Contractor.
