Follow-up and animation of the planned operation of housing improvement and urban renewal (Opah-Ru) and of the Real Estate Restoration Operation (ORI) on the urban pole

The object of this contract is, in firm phase: the monitoring and animation of the multi-site Opah-Ru on the urban pole of the Community of communes of the Region of Guebwiller (communes of Buhl, Guebwiller, Issenheim and Soultz), in optional installments, the follow-up of a Real Estate Restoration Operation (ORI) for one or more municipalities of the urban center.
