The purpose of this consultation is to assist the contracting authority in developing the PLU for the towns of Chaville and Sèvres. This contract is passed in the form of an adapted procedure. The market is alloti and includes 2 lots:

- lot 1: assistance to the contracting authority for the evolution of the PLU of the city of Chaville,

- lot 2: assistance to the project management for the evolution of the PLU of the city of Sèvres.

The market is a sliced market. The market includes a firm tranche and 3 optional tranches. One of the 3 optional bands may be confirmed at the latest in the course of March 2019. In the event of abandonment of the PLU evolution project, none of the optional bands is confirmed. No compensation is provided for this purpose.

The market is a service market, treated at mixed prices:

- it is at fixed price for the realization of the urban study and the possible follow-up of the evolution procedures of the PLU,

- for the additional services that would prove necessary, it is a framework service agreement establishing the rules relating to purchase orders to be issued on the basis of unit prices detailed in the unit price schedule, without amount minimum and with a maximum amount of EUR 5,000 excluding tax over the duration of the contract.

The market is a Services market, treated at mixed prices:
