The subject of the contract is the purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles (including trucks with GVW above 3.5 t) and equipment of MPGK Sp. z o.o. at the Contractor's station, in the assortment: diesel oil and unleaded ethylene Pb 95, in estimated quantities: a) diesel oil – 266 500 dm3 ;b) unleaded ethyline Pb 95 – 12 245 dm3.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles (including trucks with GVW over 3.5 t) and equipment of MPGK Sp. z o.o. at the Contractor's station, in the assortment: diesel oil and unleaded ethylene Pb 95, in estimated quantities: a) diesel oil – 266 500 dm3; b) unleaded ethyline Pb 95 – 12 245 dm3, in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 23.10.2015, item 1680 with póź.zm) and Polish standards. The fuel is to be sold at the prices applicable at the time of refuelling for the station concerned, taking into account the discount. The contractor is to guarantee the maintenance of a fixed discount on diesel oil and unleaded petrol throughout the entire period of the contract (providing a discount is not an obligation). The Contractor will enable round-the-clock (7 days a week) refueling at petrol stations / petrol stations in the city of Mielec and possibly at stations throughout the country, and will also enable non-cash settlement of fuel purchases (the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor has at least 1 fuel station in the city of Mielec). The Contractor shall ensure at its own expense the functioning of the refuelling monitoring system for vehicles and devices: a) in electronic form – by equipping the Ordering Party's employees with electronic cards with a magnetic or chip carrier enabling: identification of the driver/operator and the Ordering Party's vehicle/device; determination: date and time of refueling and the amount of fuel taken or b) in another form enabling: identification of the driver/operator and the Ordering Party's vehicle/device;- determination: date and time of refuelling and the amount of fuel taken. The Contracting Authority guarantees the execution of the subject of the contract with a minimum value of 50% of the price specified in the Contractor's offer.
