1 Cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the routes of provincial roads administered by the Region of Provincial Roads in Kętrzyn, divided into 14 parts.

2 The subject of the contract are works carried out as part of the current road maintenance, related to the cleaning of streets and sidewalks in the routes of provincial roads, divided into 14 lots, excluding the winter period

3 The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by the WFD in Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

4 The Contractor shall perform the subject of the order according to the Description of the Subject of the Order — which is an integral part of the SIWZ.

Cleaning of 5-fold road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Kętrzyn (Bałtycka, Pocztowa, Dworcowa, Chopina, Bydgoska, Sikorskiego, Daszyńskiego, Pl. Grunwaldzki, Mickiewicza, Traugutta, Mazowiecka, Gdańska, Kruszewiec, Stara Różanka roundabout).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Lidzbark Warmiński (Olsztyńska, Warmińska, Dąbrowskiego Streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Korsze (Wojska Polskiego, Mickiewicza Streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Reszel (Chrobrego, Kościuszki, Mazurska, Słowiańska, Warmińska and Święta Lipka streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Barczewo (Wojska Polskiego Street).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Węgorzewo (Jaracza, Zamkowa, Targowa streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Ryn (Nowickiego Street, Ratuszowa Street) and 3-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks in Bogaczewo.

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Bisztynek (Finder, Kościuszki, Plac Wolności, Wojska Polskiego).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Mikołajki (Warszawska Street).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Mrągowo (Lubelska, Przemysłowa streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Biskupiec (Chrobrego Street, Kościuszki Street).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Bartoszyce (Gdańska, Bohaterów Warszawy, Jana Pawła II, Kętrzyńska, Poniatowskiego Streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Jeziorany (Kopernika Street, 1 Maja Street, Plac Jedności Narodowej, Kajki, Nadbrzeżna, Pl. Reja, Kościuszki, Kolejowa).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.

5-fold cleaning of road surfaces and sidewalks of urban sections in the provincial roads located in Dobre Miasto (Grunwaldzka, Jeziorańska Streets).

The contractor under cleared streets and sidewalks is obliged to:

a) remove all kinds of municipal waste, sand, mud, silt, greenery, weeds, etc. from the roadways and sidewalks administered by RDW Kętrzyn.

(b) the exportation of collected impurities and waste to legal landfill and disposal at the expense of the Contractor.
