Performing a comprehensive service of a supervision engineer as part of task No. 25022: "The place where troops are stationed in the city of Warsaw. Pstrąże"

The subject of the order is: performing a comprehensive service of a supervision engineer as part of task No. 25022: "Place of stationing of troops in the city of Pstrąże". The subject of the contract will be performed in stages in which the Supervisory Engineer undertakes, in particular, to:

Etap 1: preparing documents (including a description of the subject of the contract) in order to conduct a public procurement procedure for the selection of the General Contractor for construction works;

Stage 2: management, coordination and control of compliance of the construction works with the construction project, regulations and principles of technical knowledge, including the multi-branch function of the Investor's Supervision Inspector until the object is handed over to the administration and use and settlement of the task (in accordance with applicable regulations) along with the execution of the elaborate;

Stage 3: participation in inspections during the warranty period, supervising works related to the removal of defects or defects as part of the task and enforcing the General Contractor to remove them within the prescribed period.
