The Communauté de Communes Coeur d'ostrevent undertakes the realization of a Programmed Housing Improvement Operation - Urban Renewal (Opah-Ru) and a Real Estate Restoration Operation (Ori) in the municipalities of Aniche, Auberchicourt and Somain.

This operation concerns the city center of Aniche, Auberchicourt and Somain. It aims to treat 362 housing units by providing incentives and administrative, technical and financial support to modest owner-occupiers and private landlords.

the purpose of this contract is to ensure the follow-up and animation of the Programmed Urban Renewal Housing Improvement Operation and the Real Estate Restoration Operation over the period 2023-2027
