The construction project is the 2nd construction phase of the "General renovation of the community center Langwasser", which mainly involves indoor work. In the first phase of construction (2010-2013), a second emergency escape route from the upper floor was created and the outer shell (roofs, windows, doors, walls) of the main building (without Nebengebäude3) was refurbished. The community center (GLW for short) consists of a predominantly single-storey main building, which is only partly basement and partly two-storey. Separately accessible are 3 outbuildings.

Brief description of the works:

- Interior doors / door elements with and without fire protection, 15 pcs,

- aluminum exterior door,

- Installation of smoke extraction openings in existing façade, incl. RWA system.
