Køge Municipality hereby invites interested bidders to bid for Joint Tender Zealand (FUS) tender for breast prostheses. FUS is a purchasing community consisting of 16 municipalities which, in cooperation, carry out joint tenders and create a common framework for procurement. The FUS cooperation represents a total of 761,000 citizens. The tender concerns the purchase, fitting and supply of breast prostheses.
The agreement is covered by the Services Act and the citizen's free choice.
Therefore, a specific task weight cannot be guaranteed, as it depends partly on how many citizens are searched and partly on the citizen's specific choice of supplier.
The agreement must therefore be regarded as an offer to the individual citizen visited.
