The dynamic purchasing system covers various advisory and support work aimed at improving road safety in the province of South Holland through behavioural influence.
A distinction is made into 4 categories:
1. Executive work projects and programmes aimed at promoting traffic safety behaviour.
2. Advisory work as part of projects and programmes aimed at promoting road safe behaviour.
3. Carrying out training and training vocational training, road safety expertise.
4. Carry out information actions general public and specific audiences aimed at promoting road safe behaviour.
A Candidate must indicate at the time of their notification which categories they wish to participate for concrete assignments. An authorised Candidate can only participate in concrete assignments within the category (s) for which he is admitted to the dynamic purchasing system.
With this DAS tender/institution, the province has the goal of regularly attracting expertise in promoting road safe behaviour. This may include hiring based on effort obligation and end result assignments or a combination of those.
