Services of fire protection planning according to section 1.4 of issue no. 17 of the AHO expert commission "fire protection" - gradually - for the construction project H12 - general renovation of the student residence, house no. 12, Christoph-Probst-Str. 8, Studentenstadt Freimann, 80805 Munich
The Munich Student Union intends to carry out the general renovation of the student residence complex at Christoph-Probst-Straße 8, House No. 12, Studentenstadt Freimann Munich. According to BayBO in the version of the 2007 notice, this building is according to Art. 2 (3) a building of building class 5, according to Art. 2 (4) a special construction with two (2) facts: high-rise building of more than 22 m height and a dormitory as other facilities for accommodating persons.
The existing building no longer meets today's standards in terms of technical, building physics requirements and accessibility and has significant deficiencies in the field of technical equipment; these deficiencies must be remedied by means of refurbishment.
The subject of this award procedure is the procurement of fire protection planning services according to section 1.4 of issue no. 17 "Services for fire protection", as of June 2015, of the AHO expert commission "Fire Protection" - gradually - for the construction project H12 - general renovation of the student residence, house no. 12, Christoph-Probst-Str. 8, Studentenstadt Freimann, 80805 Munich.
The scope of the services to be provided by the contractor is set out in Appendix 906 "Contract", Appendix 830 "Project Manual" and Appendix 801 "Service and Remuneration Catalog" as well as in the following Appendices to the Service Description:
