The city of Torhout is on the eve of the complete renewal of the city center. The reconstructed streets are located in the center area of the city with lots of trade and restaurants. In addition to the standard site monitoring by a design office and by the leading civil servant of the city, the Torhout local administration wishes to appoint a separate point of contact for the citizen and trader, close to the yard.
