The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of water rescue services understood as ensuring the safety of swimmers, bathers, staying, practicing sports or recreation in the water area located in the "Termy Maltańskie" Complex in Poznań, located at 1 Termalna Street (hereinafter: the Complex), in particular ensuring the safety of people using swimming pools (basins) and water attractions, and understood as conducting activities rescue services in the Complex, including providing pre-medical assistance, by persons with appropriate professional qualifications and with assigned responsibilities and responsibilities.
