Framework agreement for the procurement of notebooks (MAP) incl. MS-Windows and USB-C docks with a term of 48 months + 36/48 months rectification of defects.

The Federal Employment Agency (BA) is planning to procure (purchase) notebooks via a framework agreement with a contractor (AN) as an extension of the possibilities of mobile work.

This tender includes the following services:

• Purchase and nationwide delivery of the following components:

➢ Business notebooks incl. power supply and power connection cable as well as Microsoft

Windows OEM license from the factory. It is always the most up-to-date at the time of ordering

Microsoft Windows version (Pro or Enterprise).

➢ USB-C docking stations (docks) compatible with the model incl. power supply and power connection cable

• Optional pre-refueling of the notebooks ex works

• Optional temporary storage of the tendered goods for a limited period of time and quantity

Notebooks and USB-C docking stations (docks) by the contractor

• Electronic documentation

• Claims arising from defects (see chapter 2.7.2)

- for notebooks and docks for a period of 36 months

➢ Optional extension of claims for defects for notebooks and docks by

another 12 months (out to a total of 48 months)

- for accessories, such as power supplies, for a period of 24 months

• Granting of a transport surcharge for individual deliveries

• Take-back of transport and packaging material

The minimum purchase quantity for notebooks and USB-C dock is 70,000 pieces each, and the estimated purchase quantity is 130,000 pieces each.

The framework agreement has a maximum quantity of 156,000 notebooks and USB-C docking stations.
