1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of sets for thromboapheresis on separators held by RCKiK in Rzeszów.

2. Preservative liquid ACD – 800 pcs.
Part 2 – Delivery of thromboapheresis sets made on AMICUS separators owned by the Ordering Party.
