The subject of the contract includes the performance of the service of maintaining order and cleanliness in two residential buildings with garage halls and paved external areas and green areas, located on fenced and closed gates real estate at ul. Ząbkowska 22/24/26 and ul. Ząbkowska 23/25 in Warsaw from 1/12/2019 to 30/11/2020. Cleaning area: inside buildings 21.297 m 2 ; outside buildings: paved 5,970 m 2 , green areas - 4.134 m 2 . The detailed manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract together with attachments constituting its integral part, i.e. Draft contract - Annex 3 to the ToR with attachments, i.e. Description of the subject of the contract - Annex 2 to the contract, and the scope and minimum frequency of cleaning works to implementations in real estate ul.
