Once the nature of the services has been identified, it is not necessary to draw up the single interference risk assessment document (DUVRI) and therefore no interference charges have been identified.

The supply consists of a single lot as the division into several lots would not be economically advantageous for the contracting authority. Moreover, given the particular technical specifications of the service and the need for uniformity of supplies, it is essential to have a single subject responsible for product quality.

The national collective bargaining agreement of reference is Industria Metalmeccanica.

The supply must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the RFI Technical Supply Specifications DPR / DIT. OE SIGS SF 20 4 of 06/07/2018 (attached to the tender specifications).

In this tender procedure we will proceed pursuant to art. 107 co. 3 of Legislative Decree. 36/2023.

Pursuant to art. 108, co. 3, of Legislative Decree 36/2023, it should be noted that this tender concerns materials with standardized characteristics, produced on the basis of the technical specification and drawings based on the tender, which do not allow discretion with respect to the technical requirements provided.

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 36/2023 (Public Contracts Code) and for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
